This Emirates Women's Day, OBG Real Estate opened the doors of its Dubai sales centre to host a gathering that went beyond the world of real estate, bringing together five accomplished businesswomen to share the stories behind their success across the Middle East.

The event reflected OBG's belief that empowerment isn't just a theme to mark once a year, it's a value worth building community around. Guests heard candid, first-hand accounts of ambition, resilience, and leadership from women who have shaped their industries in very different ways.

The afternoon opened with a welcome note from Mania Merrikhi, Chief Strategy Officer, setting the tone for a conversation centered on what it truly takes for women to lead and succeed in the region today.
