Native Soft Launch: A Full House and a Strong Start for OBG
The soft launch of Native, the first Dubai residential project from Mumbai's Avighna Group, opened its EOI stage with real momentum
More than 600 brokers registered. The sales centre was full from the first hour. EOIs were closed and units were allocated on the day. The soft launch of Native Haus, the first Dubai residential project from Mumbai's Avighna Group, opened its EOI stage with real momentum, and the OBG team is proud to have hosted it.
For OBG, it was also something more personal. It showed once again what our broker network and our team can do together when a new partner trusts us with their launch.

A full house from the start
Over 600 brokers registered ahead of the soft launch, and they came. All day, agents from across Dubai moved through the Native sales centre. They walked through the project, asked sharp questions and sat down with clients.
The day opened with a welcome from the developer. He spoke about Avighna's 25-year track record in Mumbai and about the role brokers will play in Native's success. His message was simple: brokers are partners, and they should be paid well and on time. It set the tone for the rest of the day.

A sales centre that shows the developer's commitment
The venue made its own statement. The Native sales centre is on the 5th floor of Emaar Business Park 3 on Sheikh Zayed Road. Avighna Group bought this Grade-A building outright for AED 240 million and renovated it completely.
For brokers and buyers, that matters. A developer that owns its Dubai headquarters is here for the long term. Inside, visitors could see the quality Native is promising for themselves, from the walkthrough of the show apartment to the 3D scale model and the private sales lounge.
Results on the day
The interest turned into commitments right away. OBG closed a large number of Expressions of Interest during the event. We also allocated units to bulk buyers who paid in cash upfront.
For a project still at the EOI stage, that kind of early demand is a strong sign. Buyers and the brokers who advise them believe in what Avighna is building.

The OBG family behind the soft launch
A soft launch like this doesn't happen by accident. It comes from relationships built over years, both with the external brokers who trust OBG and inside our own team.
Our network of brokers is our greatest strength. When OBG puts its name behind a project, our partners show up, because they know we bring them quality developers, clear processes and real support. That trust is why 600 brokers registered for a soft launch, and why so many came with clients ready to commit.
Inside OBG, we work as a family. Every team member, from the event hosts to the sales consultants, played a part on the day. Sharing ownership, backing each other up and celebrating every win: that culture is what turns a good campaign into a great one.
The Native soft launch showed our newest client what OBG's network can do. We are grateful to every broker who joined us, and proud of the team that made the day possible.
